A little about us

More than clothing

The fashion industry generates 92 million tons of textile waste annually—equivalent to a garbage truck of clothing ending up in landfills every second. Fast fashion encourages an overconsumption culture, with cheap clothes designed to be worn for a season and thrown away. Pinkzilla aims to disrupt this cycle by promoting DIY creativity and upcycling as sustainable alternatives.

When you choose Pinkzilla, you're partnering with a designer who sources every material from recycled and secondhand sources. Each order is crafted specifically for you. No mass production, no waste. Your piece becomes a one-of-a-kind creation that reflects your style while respecting the planet.

Hi, I'm Abby! sole owner, designer, seamstress and creative force at Pinkzilla. I first taught myself to sew at 13 to make cosplays for anime conventions. I quickly became obsessed with pushing my skills further, creating increasingly complex pieces that challenged what I thought I was capable of.

But then I learned the truth about fast fashion and its impact on our planet. That changed everything. Now I'm dedicated to sharing what I know through tutorials and designs that help others discover the joy of making their own clothes. Because when you sew your own pieces, you're not just creating something unique, you're taking back power from an industry that's broken.
